You agree not to:

4. Payments
Payment terms are provided in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Failure to make payment may result in:

- Removal of website hosting
- Suspension of email services
- Late fees where permitted by law
- Collection efforts for unpaid balances
All completed work remains the property of Aaronetics until payment has been received in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Supply requested content in a timely manner
- Review work promptly
- Obtain rights to any images, logos, videos, or other content they provide
- Maintain backups of critical business information where appropriate
Delays caused by missing client content may affect project timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in writing:
- Clients retain ownership of the text, images, logos, and other materials they provide.
- Aaronetics retains ownership of its proprietary tools, source code libraries, templates, graphics, workflows, and development methods.
- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership or licensing rights to the completed website as outlined in the project agreement.
Aaronetics may display completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
7. Domain Registration
Aaronetics may register domain names on behalf of clients.
Clients remain responsible for:
- Renewal fees
- Maintaining accurate registration information
- Compliance with registrar policies
Aaronetics is not responsible for domain expiration if renewal invoices are not paid or if registration information becomes outdated.
8. Website Hosting
Clients using Aaronetics hosting services agree that:
- Hosting is provided on commercially reasonable infrastructure.
- Scheduled maintenance may occasionally affect availability.
- We may suspend hosting for nonpayment, security concerns, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
- We strive for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Acceptable Use
Hosting accounts may not be used for:
- Illegal activities
- Malware distribution
- Spam or unsolicited email
- Phishing
- Copyright infringement
- Adult or illegal content
- Cryptocurrency mining
- Activities that negatively affect server performance or security
Aaronetics reserves the right to suspend services that violate this policy.
10. Backups
Aaronetics may perform routine backups as part of certain hosting or maintenance plans.
While we take reasonable measures to protect data, clients remain responsible for maintaining independent backups of important information.
11. Third-Party Services
Our services may include or integrate with third-party providers such as:
- Microsoft 365
- Domain registrars
- Payment processors
- Google services
- Website plugins
- Content Delivery Networks (CDNs)
Aaronetics is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, feature modifications, or policy changes made by third-party providers.
12. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aaronetics disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous website availability
- Search engine rankings
- Specific marketing results
- Compatibility with every browser, plugin, or third-party service
- Protection from all cyber threats
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aaronetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aaronetics, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your website content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of another party’s intellectual property or other rights
15. Termination
Aaronetics may suspend or terminate services if:
- Payment obligations are not met
- These Terms are violated
- Fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected
- Continued service would pose a security or operational risk
Termination does not relieve clients of outstanding payment obligations.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Illinois.
17. Changes to These Terms
Aaronetics may revise these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on this website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
